Returns to our online store: |

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Please note: Items purchased at a Kandi Cota retail shop, department store, or specialty store may not be returned to our online store.

Here are the basic steps:
|

1. |

Please refer to your packing slip for specific return information. |
|
2. |
|
Pack the item securely in the original package (whenever possible). |
|
3. |
|
Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item. |
|
4. |
|
All products must be unused and undamaged, in original packaging(whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy. |
|
5. |
|
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. |
|
6. |
|
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. |

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. |
Return rules and restrictions

returns on full price merchandise must be made within 45 days of purchase.

products must be in good condition with hangtags attached.

when shipping a return, you must include the return form or bottom portion of the original packing list. be certain to save copies for your records.

shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.

merchandise purchased at sale price and returned within 14 days will be credited in the original tender, if accompanied by original sales receipt. after 14 days, sale product is not eligible for return credit.

price adjustments will be honored within 7 days of the original purchase date, with the original receipt and will be refunded in the original form of payment.

in the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our customer care department at info@kandicota.com.

without a receipt of any kind, you will be offered an exchange or merchandise credit for the item. sale items are non-refundable. ART orders
- Some paintings are in stock and some are made to order. Shipments of art purchases are between 2-12 business days. Please inquire if you have a shipment deadline.
