• Kandi Cota Gift Cards never expire
• Gift cards are non-returnable
• Gift cards will not be redeemed for cash unless the remaining balance is less than $5.00
• We will replace lost, stolen or damaged gift cards only if you can provide the gift card number (found on the gift back). We recommend you make a record of this number when you receive it and store it in a safe place. Please email Kandi Cota Customer Service for assistance.
